BRIEF
Once
we have agreed a scope of works, we will provide a clear and concise
brief for an Architect for the production of drawings if required. At this stage we
can also involve Planners and have provisional discussions, to ensure
the required scheme is approved without unnecessary delays.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
With
a thorough understanding of construction options, materials and
suppliers. We are able to suggest specifications, which may not have
been previously considered and yet will not have any detrimental effect
upon aesthetics and finishes. From this we can produce a fully detailed
schedule of works comprising, foundations/concrete slab, brickwork
finishes, attic truss v conventional trussed roof construction, dry
lining v traditional plastering, joinery options, traditional
bathroom/shower rooms v wet rooms, manufactured kitchens v bespoke
kitchens, all of which have pros and cons and each comes at a cost.
PROGRAMME
Once we have agreed the budget we can draw up a works schedule programme indicating all key stages.. This ensures our Clients are included and not detached from their project.
