Unless you are a trained Quantity Surveyor, formulating a budget can be simply a guess. In the first instance, we will provide outline costs with various options, to enable our Clients to make valued judgements as to their scheme and budget.
SCHEDULE OF WORKS
With a thorough understanding of construction options, materials and suppliers. We are able to suggest specifications, which may not have been previously considered and yet will not have any detrimental effect upon aesthetics and finishes. From this we can produce a fully detailed schedule of works comprising, foundations/concrete slab, brickwork finishes, attic truss v conventional trussed roof construction, dry lining v traditional plastering, joinery options, traditional bathroom/shower rooms v wet rooms, manufactured kitchens v bespoke kitchens, all of which have pros and cons and each comes at a cost.
Once we have agreed the budget we can draw up a works schedule programme indicating all key stages.. This ensures our Clients are included and not detached from their project.
